St Mary’s Church

St Mary’s Church is the training and fencing location for the Duelling Weapons Symposium 2.5.

In the heart of Sheffield, St Mary’s Church holds the training area for the day, along with our room for afternoon tea.

The exhibition duels will be fought in the afternoon, as it is an exquisite setting for such excellent fencing.

The venue is easily accessible from the A61, as well as the Sheffield railway station a short walk away. There are even multiple airports near Sheffield.

There is plenty of free parking on site and the car park is accessed
from Clough Road, parking is included with our booking so ignore any
signs regarding needing a permit.

Upon arrival head through the main doors and to the left to “the Hall” to check-in. The main workshop will be in “the Nave” however we are holding an IL1 assessment prior to the workshop in this room which may still be in progress when you arrive, so please make efforts not to disturb.
